Building The Footer Forms

The concrete crew continued the painstaking work of determining the exact position of the outer perimeter of the foundation footing. Garret arrived in the afternoon and checked the foundation forms. With the detailed layout positioned, a more exact indication of the footer placement showed that there was more digging to do since the trenching was based on the preliminary layout. Forms were being developed for an 18" wide footer to accommodate placement of the stem wall forms since they will be done with even more precision.
